People know this restaurant for its elegance and sophistication. Caf\u00e9 Monarch has classic European-inspired decor, candlelit tables, and an outdoor courtyard. Perfect for a romantic date. Their dress code is formal wear and business casual; collared shirts are a requirement for men. Casual clothing and activewear are not appropriate for dinner.
Caf\u00e9 Monarch has a concept called Reserve. Reserve invites guests to a multi-course chef\u2019s tasting menu outdoors. Expert chefs select these foods from all over the world and enhance them with wine.
